I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

If you have forgotten the password for your Cambridge GO account, follow these steps:

1. Click on the LOGIN button in the top right.

2. Enter your email address.

3. Click the link Forgot Password?

4. Enter your email address and click Reset my password.

5. A new password will be sent immediately to the email address you supplied on sign up. Use this new password to LOGIN to your account. If you don't receive this email, please check your junk or spam folder.
