My product is not appearing in my Resources area

  1. Confirm that your school’s accounts and resources have been set up.

    If you are a teacher of a class using a digital resource powered by Cambridge Edjin or HOTmaths, your school must be set up on the platform. This may have been done by your bookseller, or your Head of Department may need to request this through our service desk. Learn more here.

    If you have already logged a Service Desk ticket for the upload of accounts and resources, you will be notified by email when this process is complete. Please note that during the busy back-to-school period this may take up to 5 working days.

  2. Activate your resource using an activation code, if required.

    If you are a teacher of a class using this resource, your resource will have been added to your account when your school was set up. Continue on to Step 3.

    If you have purchased a single resource for teacher use, your activation code will appear in the front of the printed textbook you purchased, or it will have been provided by email when you purchased the digital-only product. You can purchase an activation code through your Educational bookseller or through our website

  3. If you still cannot see your resource in the Resources page, try these steps.

    a. Log out and log back in

    b. Clear your browsing history through your browser's menu

    c. Click the arrow next to the resource name in the side menu to expand the list of all available year levels for a series. Click on the year level you are looking for to launch the digital resource.
