I am being asked to enter a reactivation code, but I don't have one

If you are activating a code in the front of a second-hand textbook, and you see the message below after entering your code, you will need to purchase a reactivation code to access the digital resources.

Reactivation codes can be purchased from our online store.

Please check that you are purchasing the correct reactivation code for the course you are taking.

 

If you attempt to activate a code for new textbook twice, you may receive this reactivation code message.  It is likely that your first attempt to activate the code was successful. If the resource does not appear in your Resources, follow Step 2 here.
