How to create your school classes

Teachers can choose to create classes one at a time or find instructions on how to bulk-upload your classes in this article

Watch this short how-to video or follow the instructions below:

 

  1. Use the dashboard shortcut Create Class button or go to the new Classes tab from the left-hand menu

  2. Click Add Class. Give your class a name and select the calendar year and school year level. You can also decide on solutions and workspaces visibility from here. Click Next step.
  3. Populate your class with users from your school. You can filter by teacher or student and use the search field to find users. Check the box next to the name and once you have added all users, click Add Class With xx Users button.

  4. Your new class is now available to view. You can give students who join the class at a later date the class key shown on the tile.

  5. View the class by clicking on the View Class button of the tile. From here you can view your students' subscriptions by choosing the Manage Students button or inspect an individual student from the action column next to their name.
